Payment and Cancellations

Payment terms for services will be outlined in each client/speaker agreement. Cancellations or rescheduling for services/speaking must be requested in writing. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Courses, masterclasses, and workshops are non-refundable. Payment is due as described on the check-out page. If a course is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, technology interruptions, or other emergencies, participants will be notified of the disruption as soon as possible before the start time. Participants will receive information about a reschedule date/time for the course as soon as feasible.

Intellectual Property

All content, including presentation materials, frameworks, blog posts, and digital downloads, is the intellectual property of Keystone and Raven, LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.

Usage
